Account Verification: 98 Games may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.
All transactions on 98 Games — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98 Games accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always visible in the Cashier section of your account.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your 98 Games account within two minutes of successful payment confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour for standard accounts. VIP Club members receive priority processing — Silver and Gold members within 30 minutes, Diamond members within 15 minutes. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
98 Games does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on our side. However, your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa, JazzCash) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

The cashback rate is 5% for Bronze, 8% for Silver, 12% for Gold, and 15% for Diamond tier members. It is applied to net losses for the Monday–Sunday period and credited every Monday.

All RNG outcomes are generated by certified, independently tested algorithms that produce statistically random results. Live dealer tables use physical cards dealt from a physical shoe by a trained dealer, captured on HD video and streamed to the player in real time.
